Performance testing

We adopt the ISO/TS16949 quality management system standard and the ISO14000 environmental management system standard. Our product quality meets multiple international authoritative certifications, with quality being the core of our work.

Low temperature test

Low-temperature testing is an important part of developing and producing amphibious vehicles. It is mainly used to evaluate the performance and reliability of vehicles in low-temperature environments. The following are some aspects that may need to be considered when conducting low-temperature testing of amphibious vehicles:

1. Low-temperature resistance of materials and structures:
- Check whether the vehicle's materials can withstand low-temperature environments to prevent them from becoming brittle or deformed due to temperature drops.
- Evaluate the stability and durability of the vehicle structure under low-temperature conditions.

2. Engine and power system:
- Test the engine's ability to start at low temperatures and perform at low temperatures.
- Check the working efficiency and reliability of the power system (such as batteries, motors, etc.) under low-temperature conditions.

3. Electronic systems and sensors:
- Evaluate the response speed and accuracy of electronic systems in low-temperature environments.
- Test the sensitivity and accuracy of sensors under low-temperature conditions.

4. Lubrication system:
- Check the fluidity and lubrication effect of lubricants at low temperatures to ensure the normal operation of mechanical parts.

5. Sealing performance:
- Test the vehicle's sealing system to ensure that there will be no leakage under low-temperature conditions, especially when driving underwater.

6. Handling performance:
- Evaluate the vehicle's handling performance under low-temperature conditions, including steering, acceleration, and braking.

7. Safety system:
- Test the working status of safety systems (such as ABS, ESP, etc.) in low-temperature environments.

8. Environmental adaptability:
- Simulate the actual use environment and test the vehicle's driving ability in low-temperature conditions such as snow and ice.

9. Mainten methods and time intervals for vehicle maintenance and care under low-temperature conditions.

Conducting these tests usually requires professional testing facilities and equipment, such as low-temperature environment chambers, test tracks, underwater test pools, etc. The test results will help manufacturers improve designs and improve vehicle performance and safety in low-temperature environments.

High temperature testing

High temperature testing of amphibious vehicles is an important part of evaluating the performance and reliability of vehicles in high temperature environments. The following are some aspects that may need to be considered when conducting high temperature testing:

1. Engine and power system:
- Test the performance of the engine at high temperatures, including the ability to start, accelerate and run continuously.
- Check the working efficiency and heat dissipation capacity of the power system (such as batteries, motors, etc.) under high temperature conditions.

2. Cooling system:
- Evaluate the heat dissipation efficiency of the cooling system to ensure that the engine and other key components do not overheat at high temperatures.
- Check the fluidity of the coolant and the stability of the antifreeze.

3. Electronic systems and sensors:
- Test the stability and reliability of electronic systems in high temperature environments.
- Evaluate the sensitivity and accuracy of sensors under high temperature conditions.

4. Lubrication system:
- Check the viscosity change of lubricating oil at high temperatures to ensure the normal operation of mechanical parts.
- Evaluate the heat dissipation capacity of the lubrication system.

5. Sealing performance:
- Test the sealing system of the vehicle to ensure that no leakage occurs under high temperature conditions, especially when driving underwater.

6. Heat resistance of materials and structures:
- Check whether the materials of the vehicle can withstand high temperature environment to prevent deformation or aging of materials due to temperature increase.
- Evaluate the stability and durability of the vehicle structure under high temperature conditions.

7. Handling performance:
- Evaluate the handling performance of the vehicle under high temperature conditions, including steering, acceleration and braking.

8. Safety system:
- Test the working status of safety systems (such as ABS, ESP, etc.) under high temperature environment.

9. Environmental adaptability:
- Simulate the actual use environment and test the performance of the vehicle in high temperature environments such as deserts and tropical areas.

10. Air conditioning system:
- Evaluate the cooling effect of the air conditioning system under high temperature conditions to ensure the comfort of the passengers in the car.

11. Tire and brake system:
- Test the wear resistance and braking performance of the tires under high temperature to prevent performance degradation due to temperature increase.

High temperature tests are usually carried out in professional test sites or simulated environments to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
